自然の素材にこだわった製品を提案するコスメブランド「SHIRO」のショップデザイン。有楽町駅に隣接したショッピングモール内の小さな区画となっている。
壁面の上部は天然素材をベースとした左官材を現場でコテを使って塗り込み、下部の腰壁部分は同じ左官材を使ってタイル状に特注成形したものを仕上げとした。同じ素材を使い、二つの異なる方法で仕上げることにより、この小さな区画に一体感をもたせながら、奥行きのある空間を作り出した。一枚一枚手作業で作られたタイルは、自然の素材を丁寧な仕事で製品に活かすSHIROのものづくりへの想いを表現するものとなっている。

The shop design for SHIRO Lumine Yurakucho, a cosmetics brand offering products made using natural ingredients. SHIRO Lumine Yurakucho takes up a small space inside a shopping mall located near Yurakucho Station.
A plastering material made of mainly natural materials was painted into the upper part of the walls using a trowel. The lower part was finished with specially-ordered tiles made from the same plastering material. By using the same material and creating different finishes, we produced depth to this small space while also creating a sense of unity. The tiles, handmade one by one, express the passion of SHIRO for making things through careful work with natural ingredients.
